Hi, I’m Kelli

I help moms- and dads-to-be like you to balance hormones and blood sugar, fix digestive issues, and address nutritional deficiencies so that you exponentially increase your chances of getting pregnant naturally.

I do this by assessing diet, lifestyle factors, digestion, medical history, and providing medical nutrition therapy to address hormonal fluctuations, blood sugar balance, and nutrient absorption. This root-cause approach can shave tons of time off of your TTC timeline and save you months or even years of unnecessary stress and disappointment.

If you plan to undergo IUI or IVF, optimizing egg and sperm health with personalized nutrition also increases your chance of a successful round!

In 2016 I was working a corporate job but felt like absolute hell and couldn’t sleep if my life depended on it. I had been obsessed with health and nutrition for almost 10 years and finally decided to go back to school to study nutrition. After completing my Masters in Nutrition I began my Supervised Practical Experience, where I dove into functional nutrition and learned all about hormones and how strongly nutrition and lifestyle factors can influence them.

I worked with my first client trying to conceive in 2022. When she became pregnant after ~3 months of work together, I knew this was the right path for me! I have since helped male clients improve sperm morphology, and helped other couples up to age 39 become pregnant.

Fertility is an extension of health, but this is not always intuitive; symptoms of underlying issues can be very subtle.

My proprietary framework includes 5 stages. We will dive into hormones, lifestyle, mindset, stress management, and of course, nutrition. We will utilize testing to gather real data, while also considering aspects that are not able to be measured. One very important aspect is that our work together will not focus on weight. Instead, it will focus on patterns, behaviors, and choices over time.
